Our mission is to empower youth and communities through reproductive health, skills development, women empowerment, and menstrual hygiene support.

SISO Foundation is a Uganda-based nonprofit organization working to improve the lives of young people, women, and vulnerable communities through practical programs in reproductive health, menstrual hygiene, skills development, and empowerment.
Our work responds to real community needs through awareness, support services, mentorship, and grassroots outreach. Through partnerships and local action, we aim to create lasting impact where it matters most.

Board Chair
Dr. Richard Obeti is the District Health Officer (DHO) of Bunyangabu District with extensive experience in public health leadership, health systems management, and community health programming. He has worked closely with government and development partners to strengthen health service delivery, disease prevention, and community health initiatives. As Board Chair of SISO Foundation, he provides strategic guidance and oversight, ensuring that the organization’s programs align with national health priorities and deliver meaningful impact for vulnerable communities..
